Position Description:

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for a wide and diverse range of activities related to administering our relationship with customers. The person in this position must take ownership of the customer's problem or request, and achieve a resolution or know when to escalate it to our managers or technical experts. The person in this position is expected to be able to quickly become an expert on our customer relationship management (CRM) system and also rapidly learn the details of how our industry works.

This is a challenging position that requires a high level of commitment and higher than average technical computer skills. You will be expected to handle billing and administrative requests by customers as well as handle some information requests from prospective customers. You also will be expected to help with all aspects of the customer life cycle from new customer orders through termination of service.

The ideal candidate will meet the following skill requirements.

  • Technical Computer Skills – excellent knowledge of computer applications such as word processing, spreadsheets, and other office computer applications.
  • Excellent English communication skills -- feels comfortable interacting with customers and associates in English
  • Customer Service experience (1 year) – you must have at least one year of experience working as a customer service representative, or similar position 
  • Great problem solving skills – your primary responsibility will be to resolve customer problems. You must have the ability to analyze a customer's problem and take ownership of the resolution process
  • Good Judgment -- knows when to stick with a problem and when to seek assistance
  • Self Starter -- has a high energy level and is comfortable producing a high volume of work
